Laura
CEO, Business Leader

Laura, CEO of Studio Pro since 2020, leads the company with a passion for empowering small business owners to achieve their dreams. With a background in strategic planning, business operations, and project management for SaaS organizations, Laura brings a wealth of experience to her role. She is dedicated to ensuring that Studio Pro offers a product that not only supports studio growth but also helps owners streamline their operations and succeed in an ever-changing industry. Laura’s favorite part of her role is partnering with small business owners, understanding their unique challenges, and seeing them thrive as they grow their studios. Outside of her professional life, Laura resides just outside of Indianapolis with her family. She is an active volunteer, enjoys running, yoga, and hosting gatherings with friends, all while keeping up with her two young boys. Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts from Valparaiso University and a Master of Science from Florida State.

Operations Leader

Melissa, Operations Manager at Studio Pro since 2019, leads the support team, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Her primary focus is ensuring studio owners have the tools and support they need to succeed in their businesses, allowing them to focus on what they love most—pouring into their students and community. Melissa finds great fulfillment in helping studio owners streamline their operations and achieve growth through the use of technology. With a background in dance since the age of three, Melissa has firsthand experience in the studio world. She previously owned her own dance business and successfully grew it to four locations across multiple states. Her deep understanding of both the artistic and business sides of the industry makes her an invaluable resource for studio owners. Melissa is based in San Antonio, Texas.

Liz, a Denver native, has been with Studio Pro since 2020 as Sr. Director of Business Development. She’s dedicated to helping studio owners optimize their operations by streamlining their systems through technology. Liz finds immense satisfaction in seeing studio owners thrive and achieve success with DSP. Outside of her professional role, Liz is a proud dance mom to two girls and a lively little boy, balancing her family life with her passion for supporting the growth of dance studios.

Daniel, based in Charleston, SC, joined Studio Pro in 2024 as Sr. Director of Business Development. He focuses on helping studio owners understand how technology can streamline daily tasks, communications, and operations to ensure their studios run smoothly. Daniel finds great joy in seeing studio owners reach new heights and foster deeper connections within their communities. Outside of work, he's a proud dance and gymnastics dad to two daughters and a 3rd-degree blackbelt father to his 12-year-old son.

With eight years of experience in product management, Joe has a strong background working with event and registration software. Outside of work, he is a dedicated husband and father of four children, ages 8 to 15. When he’s not attending one of their activities, Joe enjoys watching and playing hockey. Joe is based in O'Fallon, MO.

Her deep knowledge of client needs and process improvement allows her to provide personalized onboarding support and training, helping clients feel confident in using Studio Pro to grow their businesses. Pamela loves building connections with clients and seeing their excitement as they realize how the platform simplifies their work. Based in Searcy, Arkansas, she also enjoys hosting community events, such as toy drives and networking meetups, to bring people together for a good cause or to share ideas.

Savanna enjoys being able to connect studio owners with a tool that can make such a significant impact on their businesses. With a BA in Dance from Mercyhurst University, Savanna has an extensive background in the dance world. She danced professionally with the Virginia National Ballet and taught dance at several schools in the DMV area. Additionally, she served as the Office and Marketing Manager for a pre-professional ballet academy, giving her valuable insight into the needs of studio owners. Savanna is based in Michigan.

As a dance studio owner herself, Maddie brings a unique perspective to her role, understanding the challenges and needs of her clients. She also owns a professional performing dance company, choreographs for local high school theater productions, and coaches her local dance team. Dance is truly a part of her life all day, every day. Maddie is based in Minnesota.

Her passion for the arts and dedication to helping others make her a valuable resource for studio owners striving for success.

Hannah has a background in dance, having graduated from Point Park University with a BFA in Dance. In addition to her role at Studio Pro, she teaches dance and actively works with DSP at the studio, which allows her to bring firsthand experience and understanding of the needs of dance studios to her support work. Hannah is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Having grown up in the dance world, starting at age 4 and dancing at the same studio throughout her youth, Ashley has a personal understanding of the obstacles studio owners face. Her goal is to connect them with the right tools to help them thrive in their businesses.

Caroline’s favorite part of her job is being part of the team that helps studios from all over the world succeed. Growing up dancing from the age of 3, Caroline has been teaching dance for about five years, which gives her a deep understanding of the unique challenges studios face. A fun fact about Caroline is that she once lived in England and often misses the experience. She is based in Tampa, Florida.
