$5,000 Studio Pro Studio Makeover

OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

  1. SPONSOR:
    The Studio Pro $5,000 Studio Makeover Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Studio Pro, LLC, Two Ravinia Drive, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA ("Sponsor"). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram or any other third-party social media platform.
  2. ELIGIBILITY:
    The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding NY, FL, RI and Quebec) who are at least the age of majority at the time of entry and own or operate a dance studio, cheer gym, gymnastics facility, theater school, or martial arts facility. Employees, officers, agencies, advisors, and directors of Sponsor, Togetherwork Holdings, and any other entities and affiliated companies involved in the administration, fulfillment, sponsorship, and operation of the Promotion and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.  Void in NY, FL, RI, and Quebec and where prohibited.
  3. ENTRY PERIOD:
    The Promotion begins June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM PT and ends June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
  4. HOW TO ENTER:
    To enter, participants must go to https://info.dancestudio-pro.com/studio-makeover-giveaway during the Entry Period and sign up for a free trial of Studio Pro. No credit card is required. Limit one (1) free trial per participant. Bonus entries can be earned as outlined in these Official Rules. Any attempt to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, or other methods will void all entries for that participant. To sign up for a free trial of Studio Pro and forego registration in the sweepstakes promotion, users can sign up at https://info.dancestudio-pro.com/try-for-free. 
    Bonus Entries. Eligible participants using a Studio Pro free trial may earn additional entries by completing the following actions within their trial account during the Entry Period:
    • Log in to your trial account — 1 bonus entry 
    • Add at least one class — 2 bonus entries 
    • Add at least one student — 2 bonus entries 
    • Upload a general waiver  — 3 bonus entries 
    • Book and attend a demo with a Studio Pro team member — 5 bonus entries 

    Each bonus activity may only be completed once per trial account for the purpose of earning bonus entries. Bonus entries must be earned within the Entry Period. Only accounts on an active free trial of Studio Pro during the giveaway period are eligible for bonus entries. 

  5. PRIZE:
    One (1) winner will receive a $5,000 (USD) Studio Makeover Prize, consisting of a $5,000 (USD) cash award via ACH and one year free of Studio Pro provided by Sponsor for a total value of $6,800 (USD). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize.  Winner should consult with a licensed, professional tax advisor for advice on proper tax treatment under applicable laws.
  6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
    The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Sponsor on or about July 11, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within three days to be eligible to claim the prize. The potential winner must sign and return the Sponsor’s affidavit of eligibility and publicity release within five business days.  If a potential winner does not respond within the given timeframe, violates these Official Rules or applicable laws, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

For Canadian residents only: Before being declared a winner, the potential winner be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered during a pre-arranged telephone or by e-mail. If a potential winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time limit, an alternate winner may be selected.  

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
    By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in its sole discretion, for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Promotion. By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor is not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, technical issues, human error, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted, delayed, interfered with, or corrupted; (iii) any printing, graphical, or typographical errors in any printed or digital materials associated with the Promotion; (iv) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Promotion, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, claims of economic harm, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.  
  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
    By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram or any other third-party social media platform.
  3. PUBLICITY RELEASE:
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the terms of Sponsor’s affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, and to allow Sponsor to use winner’s name, studio name, image, likeness, photograph, geographical information, and statements for promotional purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation or restriction of any kind, unless prohibited by law.
  4. PRIVACY:
    You are providing your information to the Sponsor and the information you provide will only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which may be found at: https://info.dancestudio-pro.com/privacy. You acknowledge that by entering the Promotion, you have read and understand the privacy policy.
  5. GOVERNING LAW:
    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
  6. WINNER LIST:
    For the name of the winner, send an email to info@gostudiopro.com, Subject: Studio Pro $5,000 Studio Makeover Giveaway Winner List, within 60 days after the end of the Promotion.
